After collecting the history of Chief compliant, Symptoms, Difficulties, Problems and other relevant data. Assessments will be conducted to the child by the professionals and further refer for the physical examination if needed. Depends upon the performance or report of the child, after discussing with all the professionals like Pediatrician, Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational therapist, Physiotherapist, and Speech therapist the provisional and differential diagnosis will be finalized.
Therapy plans and goals are the crucial role of the rehabilitation centre. Short-term and long-term Goals are often broken down into objectives in order to care the child in therapy through the process of taking small, achievable steps toward the completion of the larger goal. An appropriate techniques and interventions will be planned by the therapists, after discussing with the professionals.
Every aspect of the therapy plans and goals will be recorded and maintained as a document, to understand the progress towards achieving the short – term and long – term goals.
